Announcements:

• The Rushford Lake Recreation District (RLRD) would like to inform residents that the annual lake drawdown will now begin on October 9, rather than the previously announced date of October 5. This change was made after discussions with marine service providers who indicated they would be unable to remove all boats from the lake by October 5 due to scheduling and workload constraints.

This decision was not made lightly. The Board carefully considered the impact on residents and determined that a short delay was necessary to help ensure boats can be safely removed, winterized, and stored before water levels are lowered. Our goal is to avoid situations where boats could become stranded on lifts or in the lakebed during the drawdown process.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• The RLRD Office will be closed October 12th, 14th & 16th
